CGL Property Damage Exclusions with John Eubank, CPCU
This course will discuss the purpose of Broad Form Property Damage coverage and how to provide CGL liability insurance for damage to property during the course of work and following completion of the work. We will review the five primary exclusions in the CGL form and explain how each is to be interpreted. The insurance companies and the courts are often misinterpreting the policy provisions to the detriment of the consumer, and this seminar will enlighten the agent as to the intent of the policy provisions over the past 50 years.

Drones - Problems, Solutions and Insurance with John Eubank, CPCU
This course will explore the current state and commercial use of UAV’s (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) or as commonly referred to as DRONES. It will explore the current status of regulation, both state and federal and more directed the actions of the Federal Aviation Administration. (FAA). The FAA has been charged by congress to determine the regulatory licensing and development of operation regulation in the commercial use of this technology. It will also discuss the current policy forms both commercial and personal property and liability coverage to determine coverages afforded or lacking. We will further discuss the current coverages available in the industry and what future opportunities may exists for those wishing to provide for this emerging and expanding technology.
