Description
This seminar will give a detailed analysis of the coverage available under the personal auto policy for ride sharing, car sharing and rented automobiles. The provisions and restriction contained in the personal auto policy will be reviewed. It will give the attendee information to advise their policyholders on how to properly insure a car used in these operations. The law with respects of using a car in this manner will also be discussed. It will discuss what endorsements are available to properly insure these automobiles.
