Description
This presentation is designed to present Agents, Brokers and Company Representatives with a detailed explanation of the Insurance Services Office (ISO) Commercial Fire ratings using ISO’s specific commercial property evaluation schedule (SCOPES). It will help the agents to make sure his property risks have the most beneficial rates for their client’s property. Upon completion of this presentation, attendees should be able to review and analyze a rating survey in order to suggest rate improvement.
