Description
This basis ethics seminar will discuss the foundation for ethical values, which apply to all aspects of one's personal and business relationships with other members of society. Topics include practical application of the Golden Rule, conflict resolution techniques, differences between compliance and ethics, the need to place service before income, legal concepts of waiver, estoppel, and election, and fiduciary duties to both the client and carrier.
