This course provides a comprehensive guide to understanding and calculating the proper Insurance to Value (ITV) for commercial real estate. With approximately 75% of commercial properties underinsured by 40% or more, this class teaches brokers how to bridge the gap between market value and true replacement cost.
Participants will learn how to identify key valuation drivers, analyze construction cost volatility, and apply appropriate valuation methods to protect assets from underinsured risks.
