This workshop will discuss the process of writing appropriate coverage for Commercial property. There are many changes to this program. All aspects of this program will be reviewed.
 
OBJECTIVE:  To give the attendee’s knowledge about ISO's Commercial Property Program. This seminar will review the history and why there are changes. It will also use real life examples to determine the coverage needs of selected risks. Topics covered include: overview of the existing program and the changes to it, terminology, agents responsibilities, coverages, in depth analysis of all forms, exclusions, and rules. An actual risk will be used to determine its coverage needs.
