This basic ethics seminar will review ethical principles through the use of case studies that are relevant to insurance agents. The case studies used will illustrate practical examples of everyday dealings with insurance companies and clients to give attendees a better understanding of the underlying ethical issues and values involved in the daily decision-making process.
