Description
This basic ethics seminar takes a comprehensive look at ethics and professionalism concepts, as they apply to the entire insurance transaction and claim settlement process. This course provides specific, practical recommendations for practicing good faith based on an individual’s system of ethics, values, and morals in everyday decision-making situations.
