Description
This basic ethics seminar will review ethical principles through the use of various case studies that are relevant to insurance agents. This approach will illustrate practical examples of everyday dealings with insurance companies and clients and give attendees a better understanding of ethical issues and values.
Concentration: General. Approved for 3 hours in KY & OH.
