Psychological and Ethical differences between generations is not a new concept. You’ve likely heard frustrations of communicating between generations in your own family, place of work, church or other places where generations come together. Phrases such as “What is wrong with them? What are they thinking? Why do I have to teach them every single step? Why does it take them so long?” seem to be uttered frequently. The workplace is one where these differences are most evident. This course will examine each of the generations, including their common values, similarities and differences, from an ethical perspective.
Approved for 3 credit hours in Kentucky and Ohio. Concentration - Ethics
