Description
This intermediate course will take an in depth look at certain insurance provisions and concepts. It will review the concept of proximate cause, subrogation, indemnification, and sovereign immunity. Topics covered include: efficient and concurrent proximate; subrogation parties involved, public policy, subrogation clauses, release, and wavier; hold harmless agreements; and sovereign immunity. Concentration – P/C, Approved for 3 hours in OH, KY and Indiana
