Description
This seminar will make participants aware of coverage gaps in personal lines policies. It will discuss both the homeowners policy and the auto coverages. The objective is to help the attendee understand the coverage and lack of coverage in special situations. Topics covered include: definitions, analysis of certain coverage situations, homeowners coverage limitations, special limits of liability, seasonal homes, inland marine, off road vehicles automobile coverage issues and certain auto exclusions.
