Description
This basic seminar will make participants aware of both the legal and ethical responsibilities of the agent to the client and the insurance company in the transaction of insurance. This course will review general statutes and ethical guidelines that an agent must understand and apply in a given situation. Topics include: introduction, practical situations, and activities of an agent that could result in lawsuits in either civil or criminal courts.
