Description
This basic seminar provides an overview of the liability claims process and practical
strategies for dealing with the emotional issues involved in the area of investigation. Topics include an overview of coverage, liability and damage analysis, state insurance laws that govern claims handling; negotiation and bodily injury evaluation strategies. Case studies and role playing will be used to help teach these concepts.
