This seminar will discuss the National Flood Insurance Program AND ALL NEW UPDATES! How flood insurance works and how it functions in the time of a loss. It will also teach attendees about the various governmental agencies involved in flood disasters and what their roles are and how they work, who qualifies for flood coverage, how to rate flood policies and what is covered in the flood policy, what communities qualify, flood insurance maps and recent changes in the program. Topics covered include: overview, myths & facts, coverage issues, coverage, elevation certificates, claims and cancellation procedures.
