Description
This Seminar will give the attendee an overview of no fault principles and laws. It will also discuss the legal aspects of no fault provisions of the law. What does "no-fault" coverage mean? "No-fault" coverage also is referred to as Personal Injury Protection (PIP). It will discuss no fault history, exclusive remedy doctrine, elements of compensability, no-fault statutes and benefits and the limitations on tort recovery.
Concentration General. Approved for 3 hours in OH & KY.
