This seminar will review selected coverage and policy provisions of the Personal Automobile Policy that are complex or commonly subject to different legal interpretations. It will teach the attendee how to properly interpret these coverages and provisions. It will give the attendees knowledge on how to properly evaluate certain coverage and provisions contained in the Personal Automobile Policy. Topics covered include: who is a family members, definition of occupying a vehicle, emotional injuries, co-ownership of a vehicle, intentional acts, reasonable belief to use the auto, exclusions, and cars furnished for regular use.
