Description
This intermediate seminar describes automobile insurance policy provisions that are commonly litigated or have the potential for misinterpretation. Topics include understanding the steps needed to determine coverage; an understanding of the basic exclusions; and the use of common endorsements. ISO forms will be used as the basis for this presentation.
