Description
This basic seminar will review both the legal and practical issues involved in the sale and service of insurance contracts with either the client or the carrier. Topics include a review of applicable concepts in Agency, Contract, and Tort Law; standards of care; public perception vs. reality issues; common areas of vulnerability; and practical recommendations to avoid being sued by either party to the contract.
