Description
We will review ethical principles and practices using examples that are relevant to everyone involved in the sales, service, and handling of claims in the insurance industry. This course will stress the importance of applying ethical principles and values to all aspects of the insurance transaction on a daily basis.
Concentration: Ethics - Filed for 3 hours in KY and OH
