This course will review the various aspects of claims handling process. Topics covered include: ethical responsibilities, techniques in processing a claim and the claim evaluation process. How to effectively deal with the claimants. Attendees will also be taught various aspects of law that deal with claims handling. How can we best serve our clients in the time of need?
