Description
This basic seminar will review Uninsured and Underinsured coverage and policy provisions of the Personal Automobile Policy. It will teach the attendee how to properly interpret these coverages and provisions. It will also discuss how to properly evaluate certain coverage and provisions contained in the Personal Automobile Policy. Topics covered include important definitions, such as, who is a family member and what constitutes occupying a vehicle. Important exclusions will be covered, such as, reasonable belief to use the auto, cars furnished for regular use, and claims involving unidentified vehicles or phantom drivers. Approved for 3 hours in OH & KY. Concentration – PC
