This CE course will cover how the Insurance Service Office known as ISO develops property & contents rates for individual commercial properties using schedules like SCOPES for specific building risk. We will focus on construction, special hazards, and occupancy that directly determine premiums. This class will explain the Fire Suppression Rating Schedule (FSRS) and community public fire protection scores (PPC), detailing fire departments, water supply, and emergency communications, and introduce building-specific evaluations for non-class rated properties.
