Description
This seminar is designed to provide insight into the use of structured, or annuity, settlements to resolve serious bodily injury claims involving death, disfigurement, and paralysis. Elements of compensatory damages will be discussed as well as the legal process needed to resolve such cases, especially the use of the probate court system to resolve scarring cases of minors in dog bite situations.
