Description

As we move into the endemic stage of Covid-19, what have we learned? This course is framed around a discussion of the insurance coverage and communication issues that transpired before and during the most recent pandemic. In addition, the course will focus on how employers (customers/clients), insurers and agents dealt with these challenges, how our legal system reacted, as well as thoughts on what may be coming in the future.
