Accepting analytics, current supply chain issues and rising costs as a daily part of the insurance industry while still connecting with their clients for long term relationships. The course will discuss ways to breakdown the exposures for conversation and apply risk management techniques to prevent losses. Win/win negotiation conversations will also be discussed.
